Son Allegedly kills soon-to-be Step Mother.
This week, we read an article pertaining to the double homicide of eleven year-old's step mother and unborn sibling. The question off hand was, should a child be subject to adult charges. I think that if the crime was committed and the child or adolescent was aware of his actions, without mental instabilities, then the charges should be forwarded to the perpetrator. If they plan to lock up a child without complete solid proof that he was the culprit then I personally would object but throughout the article it's more than obvious that evidence aligns with the boy. In the end, I would say a crime in a crime and murder is indeed, murder.
